ABOUT ME

Jon Tait was born in Northumberland in 1972 and now lives and works in the Great Border City of Carlisle with his family.

 

He has previously written two chapbooks of poetry – Midnight at the Snake Motel (Alternating Current, 2010) and Lucky to get Nowt (Blackheath Books 2011).

 

He has a degree in Journalism from the University of Cumbria and is a football writer for a number of local newspapers.

 

He has also worked as a joiner, builder’s labourer, plumber’s mate, site storeman, package handler, press officer and a postman.
